About Us
The Center Introduction
At DSC, our approach does not reduce the individual to a diagnosis, as is commonly assumed; nor do we presume that everything an individual displays stems from a single cause. Instead, we begin with a multidimensional scientific evaluation and a precise differential diagnosis that distinguishes between the core condition and its indicators or accompanying symptoms, between behaviours that resemble or accompany it, and between what may be attributable to neurological, developmental, psychological, behavioural, linguistic, sensory, medical, social, or environmental factors.
From this integrated understanding, we build an individualized diagnostic and functional profile for each case that identifies strengths and needs, and explains the causes, functions, and modifiability of difficulties — rather than settling for naming the disorder or addressing symptoms in isolation from their causes. On the basis of this comprehensive diagnostic profile, the expertise of DSC's multidisciplinary team converges to design and implement evidence-based intervention plans, then to refer or direct each individual with a need to the specialists who can meet that need efficiently, without delay, hardship, or unnecessary cost — providing treatment when needed, or rehabilitation and support where required, while simultaneously and subsequently embarking on a journey to develop academic, professional, psychological, and personal capabilities to reach the highest possible level of leadership and quality of life.

Professional Collaboration & Partnerships
DSC promotes multidisciplinary and cross-institutional collaboration through professional consultations, scientific cooperation, referrals, research, training, knowledge exchange, and institutional partnerships at national and international levels.
Formal partnerships and collaborative relationships are identified separately and supported by the relevant agreement, memorandum of understanding (MoU), authorization, membership, or other official documentation.

At DSC, accreditation is more than a certificate. It is a commitment to:
Professional Licensing • Scientific Integrity • Evidence-Based Practice • Ethical Standards • Confidentiality • Multidisciplinary Collaboration • Quality Assurance • Measurable Outcomes • Continuous Development
